ON THE MOVE
Terms and conditions.
Version 18 October 2026
These terms cover this website and tickets for On The Move events. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Organiser and contact
The organiser and seller is Quin de Wit, registered at Middelweg 2c, 3237LJ Vierpolders, Chamber of Commerce number 99645440. Questions and complaints: [email protected]. Seller details must also be available in the shop before purchase.
2. Buying tickets
Weeztix provides the ticket platform. Your contract for event admission is with the organiser. The Weeztix ticket-buyer terms also apply to use of its platform. The shop shows prices, charges and payment methods before payment. The ticket provider confirms the order.
3. Admission
Check the date, venue, time and age limit before buying. Edition 4 on 13 February 2027 is 18+. Bring valid identification and a valid ticket. Do not publish your ticket code. The venue’s house rules are communicated before and on entry. Follow reasonable staff instructions.
4. Cooling-off period
Admission to an event on an agreed date is covered by the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal. There is no general 14-day cooling-off period for this ticket. This does not limit your rights in case of breach, cancellation or another statutory claim.
5. Changes or cancellation
If an event changes, is postponed or cancelled, we inform buyers using their order contact details. In case of cancellation we arrange the refund required by law. For a substantial change, contact us to discuss your rights and the resolution. Changes to this webpage do not automatically change existing orders.
6. Order problems
If your confirmation is missing, check your spam folder and contact us. Include your order number but never full payment-card details. We aim to answer within 5 working days and explain how complaints are handled.
7. Website use
We keep information up to date with reasonable care. If the website differs from your confirmed order, contact us so we can resolve it. Do not disrupt systems, bypass access controls or infringe others’ rights. Visiting this site does not grant permission to reuse protected images or the logo.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains processing. The dashboard is restricted to authorised team members.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies insofar as it does not remove mandatory consumer rights. If a dispute cannot be resolved together, you may bring it before the competent court.
